Quite expensive thought it would be spotless. NO rubbish all around the bin area and shower block. Toilets out of order showers out of order hair dryers not to be used. Club shut. Shop shut. Pool shut. Bar shut. The whole area was shabby. Stayed 2nd week in may.

Customer service was fantastic here in both the reception and the bar. Has an Amusement and a pool table room which u have to be over 14 to use and accompanied by an adult which i didn't realise and my sons 13 😔 also doesnt have a fitness room or pool anymore (just to say) The site itself is a great spot to pitch up due to the prime location in Arbroath. It offers many things for families including a large park with crazy golf and go carts (junior) a cinema, jumping joeys (large soft play area upto age 12) and pleasureland which offers dodgems, waltzers and many other fun things. Arbroath also hosts many options for couples or adults of any ages including Arbroath FC, Tutties Neuk (Amazing food and outstanding Customer service) Cinema and a wee bit further along there is the harbour, many eating places like Auld Brewhouse (Highly Recommend) pubs and the Webster theatre. Its definitely a good spot as has everything close by and to top it off if ur partial to eyeing up the odd train 🚆 it has the perfect spot! I enjoyed capturing the Caledonian sleeper in all it's glory as the sun was just rising! Anyhoo... hope you enjoyed my review 👌🫶

Fabulous caravan site ,staff were really lovely and helpful. The caravan was amazing, clean to a high standard ,very modern. The site facilities were very good on site and off site. Short walk into town of Arbroath beautiful parks and lovely fishing harbour. Lots to see and do.
