Barn Owl Cabin

Barn Owl Cabin is a single-bedroom cabin sleeping two, set in woodland near Balgavies in Angus. Everything is on the ground floor: a combined living and kitchen area with an induction hob and air fryer, a double bed, and a shower room. The cabin is fully insulated and heated throughout the year. Essentials including bed linen, towels, electricity and WiFi are covered, and one pet stays free.

The cabin opens onto a patio with garden furniture and a barbecue. On-site there is a shared indoor swimming pool (6.5m × 3m, 1.1m deep), open May to September, plus bike storage and private parking. The woodland setting sits near Balgavies Loch and its nature reserve, with Montreathmont Forest close by. Forfar, Brechin and Montrose are all within 15 minutes by car. No smoking is permitted, and stag and hen parties are not accepted.
