Home Farm Cottage

Home Farm Cottage is a substantial stone building dating from around 1890, part of a rural complex in the Lunan Valley that once functioned as working steadings and a mill. The whole property is yours alone, set among rolling countryside with a private courtyard. A ramp provides level access to the ground floor, where all three bedrooms and both bathrooms are located: two kingsize doubles, a twin room with singles, a shower room, and a bath with overhead shower. The living room centres on a woodburner, and the kitchen is fully equipped for cooking—gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, everything needed for a proper meal.

Essentials like heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are covered; logs for the fire are provided. Three cars can park on the property. Beyond the cottage, the site includes shared facilities: an indoor heated swimming pool (10m by 5m), a jacuzzi and sauna with separate changing rooms, and a gazebo in the courtyard. These are available for an additional charge. The cottage does not permit smoking inside, though a covered gazebo is designated for smokers in the grounds. A bike store is on-site. Steps do exist in the grounds, so mobility may be limited in some areas.
