Brechin Retreats - The Fern

The Fern is a single-storey caravan at Nursery Lane Caravan Park near Brechin in Angus. Built around warm dark wood and soft grey-beige finishes, it has a living room and kitchen on one side and two bedrooms on the other—a ground-floor layout that means no stairs. There's a travel cot if you need it, and one well-behaved pet is welcome to stay.

The kitchen is properly equipped for self-catering, with gas cooker and oven, fridge-freezer, microwave and air fryer. Two sofas in the lounge convert to single beds if needed, alongside the two double bedrooms (4ft 6in each). One bedroom has an ensuite toilet; the other connects to a shower room with cubicle shower. Wifi, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included. Gas central heating keeps things warm, and there's parking for two cars on site.

Brechin town centre is a short walk away, with cafés, pubs and independent shops to explore. The caravan park itself offers a quiet base for getting away from it all.
