The Rowan

You walk through the door of The Rowan into a single open space—living room, kitchen and dining area all in one practical, light-filled room. Two bedrooms and a shower room are all on the ground floor. There are three steps to the entrance. The layout is straightforward: the kitchen has a gas cooker, hob and oven, a fridge-freezer, microwave and air fryer, so cooking and storing food is manageable. Both bedrooms have double beds (4ft 6in). A travel cot is available if needed.

The caravan sits at Nursery Lane Caravan Park in Brechin, within walking distance of the town centre's pubs, cafés, shops and supermarkets. Riverside walks along the South Esk are nearby, and the surrounding countryside offers routes and spaces to explore. The essentials are covered—heating, electricity, wifi and bed linen are included. One car can park on site. Smoking is not permitted.
