What visitors say
We stayed here in the motorhome for two nights and to do some fishing. Lovely helpful staff and very friendly. The tackle shop was well stocked with anything and everything you would need for a great days fishing. The lakes were all well kept and we had two great days fishing and caught plenty of bream, carp and ide. Showers and toilets were immaculate and the whole site was very dog friendly. We will definitely be back. 🎣🐾😊

Stopped 2 nights in the motorhome and were impressed by the beautiful lakes and fascinating WW2 ruins. Never realized we'd booked on what was once the site of a huge cordite factory. Amazing fishing tackle shop as well (although we're not fishing folk). Nearby Annan and the Devils Porridge well worth a visit too

We rented 2 pods for 4 of us. They had 2 single beds in each of the pods which was ideal for us. We got there quite late in the evening but John was more than happy to wait for us to get there. John and the team were so helpful during our stay. Really pleasant and respectable family run business. Would highly recommend it to anyone looking to book. The pods were incredibly, very clean and modern. The location is fantastic, scenic, peaceful and well maintained.

Stunning remote location, very peaceful and ladies we spoke to were very helpful and accommodating. Great value for money, and excellent view of the stars.
