What visitors say
Stayed here in campervan for 3 nights. Was warmly greeted when we arrived and given directions to our pitch. We stayed right near the entrance with 4 other pitches. There were toilets and showers that serviced only these 5 pitches which meant no queues. Toilets were clean and showers were £1 for 3 mins. Went for a walk along to beach(15mins) and walked around the lakes a few times. The fishing lakes were very good and the whole site was very well kept . This is one of the most peaceful and relaxing sites I have been on. Would definitely recommend if you are around the area even if you do not fish. Could only have been made better if they had a half day ticket as we were not around all day to fish .

Fantastic place to go fishing with the kids. The ladies in the well stocked shop are fabulous. John will happily help the young ones and teach them. I love the fact that it is all about the safety of the fish, making sure everyone dips their mats and nets in the antibacterial solution. The grounds are well kept and the local regulars are friendly and willing to help when the kids are struggling. Honestly the best fishery Iv been too. Thank you for a great day again and thank you for the kids chocolate. See you again soon.
