Annan and the surrounding Dumfries and Galloway coast offer coastal walks, golf, fishing and access to historic sites within easy reach. Trebor Cottage sits just over a mile from town, in countryside with views across open fields and woodland. The single bedroom has a king bed and ensuite shower; the whole property is yours alone, comprising a ground-floor open-plan living space with a kitchen at one end and a sitting area with a 50-inch smart TV at the other. Patio doors from the sitting room open directly onto an enclosed garden.
The garden is the main draw: decking and patio areas face the fields, there's a summer house with seating, and a private hot tub in its own cabin. A BBQ, bike store and parking for one car complete the setup. Inside, essentials including heating, electricity, wifi, bed linen and towels are provided; the kitchen has a full oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge. The cottage is adults-only and non-smoking. On clear days, red deer graze in the field in front.

Absolutely superb relaxing stay at this wonderful Country Cottage. Trebor Cottage itself is super cosy, warm and private and ultra comfortable. The views over the fields at the rear of property are fabulous with Red Deer visiting (with a little help of apples and carrots)(Ray Mears advisory) The enclosed Hot Tub is warm and inviting and superbly decorated and super cosy for evening relaxation. We have stayed in many different hot tub properties throughout Perthshire and Argyll and to be perfectly honest this property totally surpasses any other previous stays over the last five years. The thoughtfuly added welcome of the Wine and Shortbread , Milk and Orange Juice awaiting and Flowers on arrival was heartwarming and just so personal ,and the knowledge of the owners at hand if needed, but not intrusive was super. To sum up, this property is absolutely outstanding, but hopefully, remains a secret hideaway for us.... For a winter retreat and a welcome break it is such a relaxing break. Thankyou Carolyn and George for such a wonderful stay and you should be truly proud of this little gem in this gorgeous corner of the world.

A lovely 1 bedroom cottage with hot tub The cottage is very comfortable with all the amenities required for a great stay. Very quiet with country side all around A good place to explore the surrounding area of Dumfries and Galloway Only 5 minutes from Annan that has a Tesco and Aldi store. Along with local shops , Cafes, restaurants, takeout food and pubs. I would certainly recommend a stay
