Rosmuire

The Argyll coast offers dramatic scenery and quiet countryside within reach of Glasgow and Edinburgh. Rosmuire is a detached house on a farm road with three acres of its own—gardens, woods and fields—positioned to look out over the Gare Loch toward the Argyll Forest Park. One mile from Loch Lomond National Park, it works as a base for walking, water sports and exploring the region, or simply for a retreat into rural surroundings.

The house has four bedrooms and two bathrooms across two floors. Downstairs are a double bedroom, two single rooms, the main bathroom with bath and shower, and a separate shower room. Upstairs is another twin bedroom. The ground floor holds the kitchen (with gas cooker, dishwasher and the usual appliances), a dining area, and a living room with woodburner and Freeview TV. A games room has table football. Essentials including electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wi-fi are provided, along with logs for the fire and a travel cot if needed. One dog stays free and there are dog extras on hand.

Outside, a large decked area runs off the kitchen, facing south. The enclosed garden has seating and a barbecue. Beyond that, the grounds include a badminton court, a stream for exploring, woodland, and fields—good territory for children and dogs. There is parking for six cars on site. The house does not allow smoking. Nearby is The Worx Airsoft if you fancy something more organised.
