Hunters Quay Holiday Village

All the staff were lovely. Caravan was fab, so clean and already had simple amenities like hand towels and toilet roll in both bathrooms, oven gloves and a tea towel. Also had WiFi in the caravan which was great. The park is clean and well maintained. Pool area is simple but absolutely does the trick. One pool that for smaller kids with a shallow and "deeper"(80cm) end, and a separate deeper pool. This was our first time here and will definitely be back.

This is one of my favourite sites to vacation with my wife and dogs. Great range of caravans and lodges to cater to multiple needs. The dog friendly lodges with hot tub are fab! Some fantasic walks on-site as well as nearby. Small convenience store for bits and bobs and a manned luandrette on-site are handy. Situated in same area as reception, there's a load of great amenities and activities including a restaurant, takeaway vendors, crazy golf, adventure play, gym, indoor pool, arcade (great variety of machines) and Hunter's Arena, which hosts all sorts of various entertainment for kids, families and adults (please note, content and frequency of entertainment differs hugely between peak and off peak as to be expected). Staff are always welcoming and happy to help. Chill vibes!

We stayed in a Disable Friendly caravan. There was my husband, and myself, my daughter and daughter-in-law and 2 dogs. We found the caravan to be very clean and there was plenty of room for all of us. The actual caravan park itself was extremely clean, inside and outside. We found all the staff to be very friendly and extremely helpful especially in connection with our daughter-in-law who required Gluten Free options when eating. The food was excellent, and which we found to be reasonably priced 😊.. The caravan park is only a 5 minute drive into Dunoon, which while looking a little run down still had plenty of shops and restaurants.. We had our own cars, but we noticed that there was plenty of buses and taxis available on site. This caravan park is a very good option if you have dogs, as they have dog walks marked out on the Site Map. There's also plenty of walks nearby, some of which are suitable for a mobility scooter 😊. The scenery is absolutely stunning both driving to the Caravan Park and also on site. One morning just outside the front of our caravan was a baby deer, and was so tame that when a car drove past it didn't even raise it's head. The Entertainment was good and varied and again all these spaces were extremely clean. Although we didn't use the swimming pool it looked large and plenty of room for all ages..

Lovely staff throughout the site with special thanks to Gillian, Toni, Aaliyah, Andrew and Pam. Jen you have a wonderful staff team working with you. The site is always clean the staff are so approachable and happy to help and the amenities/entertainment areas are great, the restaurant area is kept spotless, warm and the food on the menu is amazing, you really do cater for everyone. The location is perfect for exploring the local areas and further afield if you are willing to travel and if not, enjoy the views, the wildlife and the comfort of your accomodation.
