The surrounding hills and water give the whole area plenty to explore, whether that means a day on the loch or a climb up into the hills behind Arrochar.

The retreat itself has five rooms spread across a villa and lodges, each with an en-suite bathroom, kitchen facilities, air conditioning and views over the loch or mountains. Guests can expect a garden and picnic area, outdoor seating, and an outdoor swimming pool, along with a gym and spa or sauna on-site for quieter moments. Room service, laundry service and 24 hour reception add a hotel-style layer of support to what is otherwise a self-catering stay, and there's a lift for access between the two floors.

Free on-site parking and an electric vehicle charge point make it straightforward to arrive by car, and pets are welcome. A pub, restaurant and other eateries are nearby for evenings when cooking isn't on the agenda, alongside entertainment and horse riding for those wanting more than the scenery.
