Beachwood

Beachwood is a five-bedroom house on the Elmer Sands estate, accommodating up to 10 guests across ground and first floors. Families and larger groups will find the layout practical: three bedrooms downstairs (one double, one with two singles, one with bunks) plus a shower room, with a full kitchen and dining and living spaces on the same level. Upstairs are two further doubles, each with a television, and a bathroom with a corner bath. Essentials including bed linen, towels and wifi are provided, along with a travel cot, highchair and stairgates for those who need them. Heating and utilities are covered. The house is non-smoking.

Parking for up to five cars sits on the private driveway, and there is secure bike storage on site. An enclosed rear garden provides outdoor space. The property stands minutes from Elmer Beach, where the tide uncovers flat sand, shallow water pools and rock formations—good for crab-hunting and paddling. Low tide opens up a coastal walk towards Climping Beach. The villages of Elmer and Middleton-on-Sea, each with pubs, restaurants and shops, are within walking distance. Bognor Regis and Littlehampton are a short drive for wider amenities and attractions.
