Walk through the entrance of Three Decks and you're immediately in a generous open-plan kitchen, dining and living space on the ground floor, with patio doors opening onto an enclosed garden. The 1930s detached house spreads across three storeys, built in an ocean liner style with the layout to match—each level opens to outdoor space, with balconies on the first and second floors and a hot tub positioned in the garden below. Accommodation runs to four bedrooms and four bathrooms: the ground floor has one double with its own shower room; upstairs are three further bedrooms, two with ensuite facilities and two with direct access to a balcony; a separate family bathroom serves the others. A second living room sits at the top of the house, where the balcony views reach across water towards the Isle of Wight.
The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, with an electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher and all the basics. Essentials like bed linen, towels, wifi and heating are included. The property accommodates eight people and sits on a private estate with parking for four cars; one dog can stay free of charge. Three steps lead to the entrance. From here, you can walk straight onto the beach—no road to cross, no distance to cover. White House Music Studios, offering guitar, bass, drum and ukulele lessons, is nearby if anyone in your group fancies picking up an instrument during the stay. No smoking inside the property.
