Ocean Beach

Ocean Beach is a four-bedroom property on the edge of Felpham's promenade, steps from the beach and the wider Bognor Regis seafront. The ground floor has an open-plan living and dining space with a woodburner, a fully equipped kitchen, a second sitting room, and a utility room with washing machine. Upstairs are three further bedrooms: a kingsize with an ensuite bathroom, a double, and a bunk room suitable for children. Two shower rooms and heated towel rails serve the rest of the house. Bed linen, towels and wifi are provided, along with the heating and initial fuel for the woodburner.

The enclosed garden and patio look onto a private area with seating, and there is parking for two cars. One dog is welcome and stays free. This is a whole property to yourself, sleeping up to eight. The location suits families wanting direct beach access and a proper base for exploring the coast; the promenade runs past the door.
