Coastal Retreat

Coastal Retreat comes fully equipped for self-catering: the kitchen has an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, so you can prepare anything from a quick meal to a full dinner. Upstairs is a bedroom with a king-size bed and ensuite shower. Downstairs, the open-plan living space includes a separate toilet, smart TV, and dining area. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are all included, along with a welcome pack and garden furniture on the sitting-out area. You have private parking for one car on site.

The property sits in a gated estate, a three-minute walk from the beach and promenade. The immediate area has a beach café and various pubs within walking distance. Slightly further afield, Arundel—with its castle and Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust—is 8 miles away. The Goodwood Estate, Fontwell Park Racecourse (7 miles) and Chichester are all accessible by car. Brighton is about 45 minutes' drive, with the Royal Pavilion, galleries, theatres and marina. The South Downs National Park offers scenic walking nearby. No smoking inside.
