The Gatehouse

You enter The Gatehouse into a ground floor laid out for both comfort and company. The living room has a fireplace and television; the dining room flows into a kitchen fitted with a gas hob and electric oven, where a breakfast bar sits ready for morning coffee. One double bedroom and a bathroom with bath and heated towel rail complete this level. Upstairs, a second living area (without television) connects three further double bedrooms and a second bathroom, this one with a shower over the bath. Throughout, bed linen and towels are provided, along with heating, electricity and wifi.

An enclosed garden with seating and a firepit opens from the house. Parking on site accommodates three cars, with an undercover carport and garage also available. The setting sits between West Sussex's coastline and the South Downs, within reach of Arundel and Chichester. Guests booking here should note the house does not accept children under 15, and smoking is not permitted. The property is yours alone for the duration of your stay.
