The Kent Weald National Landscape offers quiet walking routes through farmland and ancient woodland, while Tenterden—a market town with independent shops and cafés—sits a short drive away. The Kent & East Sussex Railway runs heritage steam trains through the countryside nearby. Canterbury's cathedral and cobbled streets are within reach for a day trip, as are Leeds Castle and local farm shops selling seasonal produce.
Berry Court Farm Cottage is a single-storey house with two bedrooms and one wet room, sleeping four. The ground-floor layout means no stairs: living and dining areas open onto an enclosed garden with seating and a barbecue, the kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, and both bedrooms are accessible without steps. The wet room has a shower seat and grab rails. Parking for two cars is on site.
Electricity, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included. One dog can stay free of charge. The cottage does not permit smoking. A travel cot and highchair are available, and a welcome pack is provided.
