Quince Cottage is a character property built around exposed beams and a substantial fireplace with working woodburner, combining period features with up-to-date comfort. The ground floor holds a living and dining space warmed by the fire, a fully fitted kitchen, and a shower room. Upstairs, three bedrooms—two doubles and one single—share two bathrooms, one with a bath and overhead shower. The cottage sleeps five and comes with parking for two cars on site.
The kitchen has everything for self-catering: electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and washing machine. Bed linen, towels and wi-fi are included, along with initial fuel for the woodburner. There is a travel cot and highchair available. A courtyard garden at the back provides outdoor space with seating and a covered dining area. The property does not permit smoking.
Tenterden is a working market town within walking distance, with a pub close by. The surrounding Weald offers accessible countryside for walkers and cyclists, while Bodiam Castle, Sissinghurst and Rye are within easy driving distance. The Kent coast at Camber is also reachable by car.
