If you’re planning to watch a concert livestream, don’t go to Cineworld (AUL). Their internet is very poor—the stream cut out twice, including once in the middle of a performance, causing the audience to miss three songs. That’s an irreparable mistake. Those were actually my favorite songs, “Merry Go Round” , “Like Animals.” “Fake love “. Moreover, the staff didn’t seem to be monitoring the livestream. They only noticed the disconnection after the two songs had already passed. Reconnecting should have been quick, but it took a long time, and there was no apology or compensation.

Cinema tickets are good value. The seating and screen are excellent. The sound quality and cleanliness of the rooms are really good too. Sweets and drinks are crazy prices. £4.00 for a bag of sweets that cost £1.50 in the shops. Might attract more visitors if the prices were reasonable

Came here especially for the 4dx experience and wasn't disappointed. The entire thing is a huge barrel of laughs, and more akin to a fairground ride than a movie experience. Everything from the seat movement to wind effects made us laugh and giggle. Its amazing how they've incorporated all that in to a cinema experience. For the most bumpy of rides choose a action film to watch, or a horror film if your brave. The cinema itself was clean, well staffed and pretty well stocked with snacks and what not. It's part of a massive complex so parking is plentiful.

I went to see the Mandalorian movie in LieMAX... Like IMAX except the screen is basically normal cinema size and the seating is the ordinary cinema style not the steep IMAX type seating... Yet they still charge you IMAX prices! Other than that the venue was very good, clean and well maintained, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The screen wasn't ready when we arrived, so they suggested we wait in the Starbucks area and then came to get us when it was ready, which was nice.
