What visitors say
Love seeing shows here. The seating is great and the ease to getting in to see the show is good too. There are toilets about and places to get drinks from too. The staff are very helpful and polite. Scanning tickets is easy and parking was good too. If you are wanting to see a show here then it is very good

Brilliant place it was our first time here. We came to see the ultimate strongman and couldn't believe what is actually here. Such a variety of activities going on and an outside pool. Loved it

Paid £6 for a swimming session and left disappointed. The locker system requires tokens, which was not made clear when I arrived. I then had to figure out what to do with my belongings after already entering the facility. The bigger issue was the pool access. I booked a "Swim 4 All" session expecting to be able to use the main pool. Instead, I found that the session was mainly focused on family play and I ended up having to use the small pool with children. The website does contain a brief description, but it does not clearly explain that adults wanting to swim properly may have very limited access to the main pool. This should be made much clearer before booking. Better communication about locker requirements and pool availability would greatly improve the customer experience.

It's a lovely new pool but I bashed my head on a slide really hard and hurt my head and neck so couldn't enjoy the rest of my time. Some of the staff didn't know their job and told my child to sit up on the slide as she wouldn't go fast so she bashed her head too, it totally ruined the day. I wasn't asked any details and no incident form was filled out it was just played down. One male pool side attendant was concerned and got the manager and kept asking if we were okay but no one alse seemed bothered. I would have given it 5 stars as the pool and flumes are lovely but what happened totally ruined it for us!

Some reviews mention the staff can be unhelpful.
