Station House Retreat

Station House Retreat sits in a secluded garden just outside Royston, with direct access to Rabbit Ings Country Park on the doorstep. The whole property is yours alone, sleeping five across three bedrooms: two doubles and one single. The master bedroom has its own ensuite toilet; a separate shower room serves the other bedrooms. Everything happens on the ground floor, with the living space opening onto a patio where a private hot tub overlooks the garden.

The kitchen is equipped for proper cooking, and essentials like electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wifi are included. There's parking for two cars on site. The garden itself has steps within it, and the entrance requires three steps up. One well-behaved pet stays free of charge.

Rabbit Ings Country Park, a converted colliery now rich in wetlands and woodland, is immediately next door with cycle tracks and walking paths. Within a short drive lie Walton Country Park for wildflower meadows, Anglers Country Park for lakeside circuits, and Pugneys Country Park for birdwatching. Nostell Priory and other heritage sites are also nearby. No smoking inside the property.
