The Lambing Shed

The Lambing Shed comes fully equipped for a couple's countryside stay. Electricity, bed linen and towels are included, and the open-plan interior has everything needed for cooking—a two-ring hob, microwave, oven and grill—plus a wood burner for warmth. The double bedroom leads to an en-suite with walk-in shower. Outside, a garden with sitting area, firepit and pizza oven extend the living space, with private parking for one car on site.

Detached and yours alone, the hut sits next to a working dairy farm in South Hiendley, surrounded by open countryside. A pub lies within a mile. Hemsworth, ten minutes away, has shops, a water park with fishing and a sandy beach, while Carlton Marsh Nature Reserve is five minutes in the other direction. Fitzwilliam Country Park, Wentworth Castle and the Yorkshire Sculpture Park are all within twenty minutes' drive. The Peak District National Park is roughly thirty minutes away. One well-behaved pet stays free. No smoking indoors.
