The Driftwood Lodge
Bath and North East Somerset
The Driftwood Lodge consists of two connected but separate pods on a rural site in Bath and North East Somerset. You arrive at the main pod, which holds a double bedroom, a small sitting area, kitchenette and shower room. Fifteen metres away through the trees stands the second pod with twin beds—far enough to feel independent, close enough to be practical. The layout works well for families where older children want their own space, or for two couples who value a degree of separation.
The main pod has a microwave, portable hob, toaster, kettle and fridge, so you can prepare meals without going out. Electricity, bed linen and towels are included. Wi-Fi is available in the main pod. You also have access to a washing machine, iron and ironing board through a private entrance to the farmhouse. In winter months, the outdoor porch of the main pod has been converted into an insulated dining area with table and chairs for four.
The setting is quiet countryside. There is a pub within a mile. Bath, Weston-super-Mare and Burnham-on-Sea are all within reasonable driving distance. No smoking throughout the property.
