About Swan Motel
Swan Motel is a low-rise, motel-style hotel on Loddon Road in Beccles, built for straightforward, practical stays rather than grandeur. Its layout keeps things simple: guests can pull up and park right by their room, with free on-site parking taking the hassle out of arrival.
Rooms come with en-suite bathrooms, drinks provided, and family rooms are available for those travelling with children, while a bridal suite offers a bit more occasion for special stays. On site there's a restaurant and bar, a snack bar, and breakfast to start the day, with packed lunches available for guests heading out to explore. A garden, picnic area and outdoor seating give extra space to sit outside, and reception operates around the clock. Free WiFi is provided throughout.
The motel makes a sensible base for exploring the Norfolk Broads and the surrounding Suffolk countryside, with watersports, cycling and walking routes all nearby. Golf, pubs, restaurants and entertainment are also within easy reach, and the town centre of Beccles itself is close at hand for anyone wanting to venture beyond the grounds.
