About The Woodman Inn
Bedale sits on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales, and The Woodman Inn makes a straightforward base for exploring the surrounding countryside and market town life without straying far from a proper pub. It's a traditional inn at heart, with a restaurant and bar on site, a garden and outdoor seating for warmer days, and free on-site parking for anyone arriving by car.
Rooms come with en-suite bathrooms, free WiFi and drinks available in room, and breakfast is served each morning, with packed lunches available for those heading out into the Dales for the day. Reception operates around the clock, so arrival times are flexible.
Beyond the inn itself, Bedale offers further pubs, bars, restaurants and entertainment nearby, making it easy to spend an evening in town as well as a day in the surrounding countryside. It's a simple, no-frills stopover for those using Bedale as a gateway to the Dales.
