Kirklington Retreats - Fern Tree Cottage

Fern Tree Cottage is a converted barn on the ground floor, sleeping two. Everything you need for self-catering is here: a kitchen with electric oven, hob, dishwasher and washing machine; bed linen and towels; heating and wifi. The open-plan living space has a sitting area with Smart TV and a dining table, opening onto a patio with garden furniture. A single car can park on site, and there's a bike store.

The bedroom contains a zip-and-link super-kingsize bed (which can be split into two singles if needed) and an en-suite with a roll-top bath and separate shower cubicle. The heated towel rail keeps things comfortable. A welcome pack is provided on arrival. The cottage does not allow smoking.

Kirklington is a quiet village with a pub within a mile. The market town of Bedale is nearby, and Northallerton, Masham and Ripon are within easy reach for exploring the North Yorkshire countryside and Dales. One well-behaved pet is welcome.
