Both me and my daughter (7) stayed here for 3 nights. The location was excellent and right beside W5 and the Titanic museum. Staff were absolutely welcoming and friendly and went out of their way for me regarding any queries I had. The room was clean and the view was great for plane spotting my daughter loved watching all the planes take off from the city airport. Would absolutely recommend this hotel. Thank you we had a brilliant stay and look forward to visiting again 🥰

Great location for the gigs in custom house square, rooms were spotless and comfortable. Parking available at the side of the hotel, just make sure you go into the correct carpark, the one the right,it was only £8 for the over night stay. Get your ticket validated in the hotel before going to pay.

This hotel was perfect for our weekend away. We wanted to be in the titanic quarter and this is so close to it. The whole area on the marine mile is beautiful. It’s a 5 min walk to the titanic museum and we got a taxi from the city airport which took under 10mins. The room was exactly what we needed- family room. Ruth who runs the check in and restaurant is amazing! So friendly and welcoming chatting to everyone and made the morning special for our kids too. Thank you for being awesome! Would recommend and stay again.

Very good hotel. Clean comfortable room. Lovely breakfast. Staff member Juan is a great example of friendly, courteous interaction with guests. One tip is, to the lady on desk as we left, it takes very little effort to say 'thank you for staying with us, how was your stay, look forward to you staying with us again' etc etc as opposed to nothing said. Overall a very good hotel in good location.
