What visitors say
Booked tickets online using a discount code. Queued behind a couple who took a long time to choose seats. When it was our turn we were told to go to another till area.( Where we waited again)The young member of staff did not know how to process our booking and asked another staff member to take over. I had pre booked and prepaid a popcorn and drink combo. I was nearly charged again for this but noticed in time. The staff member apologised. All in all we waited around 15 minutes. Cinema was clean and comfortable. Toilets were also clean.

Qhat can I say went to see disclosure day and it was an amazing experience. Had the cheese and nachos which were sweet and a large coke. Good atmosphere and friendly staff. Very easy to find and located right in the city centre. Go give it a night out with friends and enjoy what this cinema has to offer.

Went 2 times first time was good but the second time people were non stop talking, how can you enjoy a movie when people just can’t be quiet. Also someone was kicking the back of my chair which was really frustrating. I would highly recommend that something is put in place to monitor this as it was absolutely ridiculous.

So much better than any other cinema in N. Ireland! Only problem is the sweet popcorn doesn't taste sweet, it tastes like cardboard!
