Im staying here in my camper and the view is spectacular. I was looking for somewhere close to home for me and my dogs to get away. One of them has just had surgery so I didn't want to go too far. The electric is good and there's handy drinking water points around. The pitches aren't super fancy but there's a nice picnic area where you can sit and look out over the hills. I've been making my meals there and it really is spectacular! The view; not the meals. The showers are great. Much better than most campsites I've been to. That's a must when the weather is scorching like it is today. The service is excellent. The owner helped me to bump start my van. Can't ask for more than that! Its so handy to Belfast but the surrounding countryside makes it feel like you've gone further. I'll definitely be back!

We went for a Family Sunday dinner as we live 15mins away (though I had never even heard of it) but would have happily driven 4 times that as the food was Beautiful ~ both taste and presentation! But what made our experience outstanding was the customer service! We have a 6 and 9 year old and they couldn’t have done more for us and especially Daniel ( 6 year old boy ) with extra special thanks to Kirsten 🥰 We will most definitely be back ❣️

We went here for dinner and the food was absolutely amazing. Everything was fresh, full of flavour, and beautifully presented. The service was fast, friendly, and really attentive. The restaurant itself is also very well presented and has a great atmosphere. It’s honestly a hidden gem and deserves to be much busier than it was when we visited. It’s almost criminal that more people don’t know about this place – better access and promotion would really help because it’s a fantastic spot. Highly recommended.
