About Balmoral Hotel Belfast
Balmoral Hotel Belfast works well for those planning a wedding, a golf trip, or simply a comfortable stay slightly away from the city centre. With free on-site parking, family rooms and accessible rooms, it also suits drivers and groups who don't want to worry about logistics before they've even checked in.
Rooms come with en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning, free WiFi and room service, and the hotel can arrange packed lunches for guests heading out for the day. The restaurant and bar are a genuine strength, with breakfasts and dinners that get consistent praise for generous portions and variety, though service at busier times can be on the slower side. There's a garden and outdoor seating for anyone who wants to eat or relax outside, plus meeting rooms and a bridal suite for those hosting events.
Outside the hotel, a golf course and a handful of pubs, restaurants and entertainment options are within easy reach, and Castle Court Shopping Centre gives visitors a reason to head into the city itself. Staff are consistently described as warm and attentive, which goes some way to making up for the odd wait at peak times.

What guests say
We have just spent two nights in the Balmoral and we enjoyed every moment. Our reason for picking this hotel was the fact 70 years ago we had our wedding re here when it was. Then the Greenan Lodge Hotel . That was On July 7th 1956. We are both now in our nineties. We returned especially to renew our wedding vows at the nearby church , St. Anne’s . This we successfully did on Sunday last. We both want you to thank all of your wonderful welcoming staff for making our stay so good. Everyone including the security staff were so helpful and pleasant as we are both disabled. Our booking was under the name MerryGold. Our daughter. Many , many thanks. Jim & Kathleen Chambers.

We had my granddaughters christening here, it was a meal for 45 people we liased with the Hotel, pre ordered a set 3 course menu. All the staff went above and beyond, credit to the chef, the food was amazing served piping hot and just enough time between course, service from the staff was above and beyond what was expected, I would highly recommend and will most definitely be back .

Service started off good, staff became less attentive as time went on. Also gossiping staff at the bar never looks or sounds good. Food was nice apart from the fact all three of us were constantly picking fat out of our mouths when eating the steak ciabattas.

Called in for breakfast. Wasn't sure what to expect as we hadn't stayed as residents. Had lovely generous breakfasts made fresh to order. Really reasonably priced and good menu choices. Leontia was fab in giving great menu recommendations, super friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Will definitely call back again
