We recently held our daughter Joy's birthday party at DJ's Soft Play in Berkhamsted on 10th May, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly helpful, attentive, and friendly throughout the party. They made sure all of our guests were well looked after and helped everything run smoothly, allowing us to relax and enjoy the celebration. A special mention goes to Sofia, our party host, who was absolutely brilliant. She was organised, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure everyone had a great time. The soft play centre was also surprisingly quiet during our party, which made it feel like we almost had the whole place to ourselves – a real bonus for both the children and parents! Thank you to the whole team for making Joy's birthday so special. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be recommending DJ's Soft Play to friends and family looking for a great children's party venue.

Close for 15mins between sessions but don't clean upstairs in the role play section. I then called and was told it was extremely busy this morning which it wasn't (as we got there for 11am) they also didn't offer an apology and no one came up to clean it. £17.50 for the room to look like this is disgusting

We just had my son’s birthday party here and I cannot recommend it enough! The hosts truly went above and beyond to make sure every detail was covered. Because they were so organised, I was actually able to be present and enjoy the moment with my son and his friends rather than worrying about the logistics. It was an incredible experience from start to finish. Thank you for making his day so special!

Great experience as an allergy mum of a toddler who attended a party today. I don’t normally do reviews but feel that it’s important that the attention that my boy received is acknowledged. Staff bent over backwards to make sure that he was able to sit and eat with other children. He was, without a doubt, included, with staff even buying in vegan cheese especially for him. Thank you DJs.
