Moat Farm is a rebuilt barn conversion standing on four acres of Buckinghamshire countryside. The property sleeps eight across four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and offers the whole place to yourself. The ground floor holds a living room with French doors to the garden, a separate dining room, and a kitchen equipped for proper cooking. Upstairs are two double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, and on the second floor two further doubles, again with ensuites, though headroom is reduced in one of these rooms and its bathroom.

The essentials—electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi—are included. There is private parking for four cars on site, underfloor heating throughout, and a back garden with patio, garden furniture and barbecue. One dog is welcome. The Red Lion pub lies less than half a mile away. Smoking is not permitted.
