We stayed in June 2026. This park is immaculate. The facilities were really modern, well maintained and clean. The pitches are really big, with lots of space. Staff were super helpful, and even the information pack was genuinely useful. It is a bit of a distance from the seafront/amusements/town centre etc, but plenty of Ubers available and it's under a tenner. Personally, this suited us perfectly as the site was far enough away to feel safe and quiet - but worth knowing if you were planning to walk to and from (you can't). Really liked it here and would recommend.

Fantastic site. Very informative staff at reception, and the pitches were fully serviced with good water pressure and plenty of privacy. The only minor point I could mention is that during my stay the male showers only had a mop and disinfectant available. A floor squeegee alongside the mop would have been ideal. That said, this may just have been during my visit and not the normal setup. Overall, a very good stay and I would happily return. I’ve also mentioned the site on my social media platforms, as I’m part of a large caravan community and like to share positive experiences and recommendations.

Excellent caravan park. Very clean site constantly maintained. Close to Blackpool and Lytham St Anne's. Good dog walk. Reception team / site managers are lovely and very helpful. Slight problem with the showers but this is being dealt with. Highly recommend.

This is a gem of a caravan site. Great location with a bus stop nearby. Ideally situated between Blackpool and Lytham. A pub restaurant is 10 minutes walk away. The wardens are very friendly and helpful. The facilities are spotlessly clean. We would highly recommend a visit.
