What guests say
No hot water in the shower. Owner not present on arrival so neighbour tried to open up by using a piece of card to shim the doors. Radiators all stuck on full blast all night were very unpleasant. General state of disrepair, but understandable for target market. More used needles in the streets than I'm comfortable with. Owner was pleasant and accomodating, and I had a fun time in Blackpool, but I probably won't be returning. Sorry.

Adrian made us feel welcome from the start and the whole family cant tyank him enough. Room was spacious for 5 of us all clean and tidy. Breakfast was amazing and set us up for the day in blackpool. Will be back next year. Cant wait

Lovely owner, very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean, shower hot, beds comfy. Breakfast room in the basement was stunning. Very good location for walking into town

Couldn't ask for more, carparking close by, Hotel clean and tidy, owners friendly and courteous. Breakfast big and tasty nothing is too much trouble. Would recommend to anyone. Five stars breakfast must be ordered on booking to avoid disappointment.
