What visitors say
Really nice clean new place.. Enjoyed the bowling but it’s just too expensive for a family imo we are grandparents who took grandson for a few games. We only played 2 games and we shared me and grandmother one game each instead of all 3 playing because it cost £35 which lasted 35 minutes. £25 in Arcade and wow expensive 2 hours. Staff were lovely though

Brand New Site from Tenpin. Looks amazing, absolutely massive and so much to do there. Bowling, Arcades, Escape Room, Karaoke, Laser Tag and the biggest Soft Play I've seen. Cheap beer as well, which is always great along with lots of seating, to watch sports on the TVs. Had an amazing time, safe super friendly and the general manager is a legend! 💪💯🔥🔥

Bowling lanes are really good and dont break down alot like the others in blackpool but the food and service at the bar leaves a lot to be desired. They really can't handle any of and I personally saw at least 5 complaints about food service and delivery times to the lanes. Really poor and I hope its only because its the second day. None of the staff seem trained properly and all walking around like lost sheep. Hopefully more staff and better training will sort this out as it isn't cheap to begin with. UPDATE spoke to the manager and as we was leaving and didnt receive food we was given 4 free games for our kids. Manager was great and sorted really quickly so thanks for that

We visited this venue on a weekday and had a fantastic experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, so much so that we decided to bring our family when they came to visit Blackpool. We arrived at around 3pm and started with a game of bowling, which was great. Our daughter then spent some time in the soft play area and had an amazing time. Afterwards, we sat down at one of the tables to order some food. Up until this point, everything had been excellent. Unfortunately, our experience was completely ruined by an extremely unprofessional security guard. He approached our table and accused my nephew of smoking outside. This was completely false. My nephew had simply gone to the toilet and returned straight to our table—he had never even been outside. The security guard then went on to accuse him of smoking cannabis without any evidence. We strongly felt that my nephew was unfairly singled out because he is Black. His attitude, manner, and assumptions were unacceptable and made us feel that he was being racially profiled. The way the situation was handled was appalling. Even after it became clear he was mistaken, the security guard never apologised. Instead, he continued walking around the venue smiling, as if nothing had happened. We reported the incident to the site manager, who apologised sincerely for what had happened, but the security guard himself showed no remorse whatsoever. We will be pursuing a formal complaint with the security company. To make matters worse, as we were leaving, the security guard sarcastically waved goodbye to us, which only reinforced how unprofessional and disrespectful he was. His aggressive behaviour also upset the young child in our group, which made the whole experience even more disappointing. It’s a real shame because the venue itself and the other staff were excellent. However, because of the conduct of this security guard, we will not be returning.
