Clean room and very comfortable beds. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room. TV with plenty of channels. A pleasant and helpful owner. We used the communal pool table and there was a selection of books to borrow during your stay. The street is run down but don't let this put you off as the hotel was great. Our room keys allowed us to come and go as we pleased as gave us access to main front door too without having to disturb the owner if we arrived back late. We were lucky enough to get a parking space on street outside but if not, there is a pay and display car park at the end of the street. 5 minute walk to the main promenade. Don't pass this hotel by as we had a very pleasant, comfortable and hassle free stay. Wouldn't hesitate to book again. Thank you!

As my Grandparents ran a hotel in Blackpool in the 1960s, I was keen to stay in one similar to theirs for our one night stay to see the illuminations. Didn't need to give our name when we arrived and led straight to our room. As there was 4 of us, we had a family room with shared WC and shower just down the corridor. Room was clean and beds comfy. There was tea making facilities and bottles of water provided which was a good idea. There was no parking available on the street but there are several carparks available within walking distance. The hotel is short walking distance from the seafront and had free fast WiFi.
