So I dont think its to good for family's. I'd say couples looking for a cheap stay is more suitable. The room was tidy and clean. Shower was hot , provided towels. Bed was very good, got a good night's sleep. The location is just of the promenade in-between south and Central pier. Next to Lytham rd which provided some entertainment (strange characters and plenty of police on the go, a small commotion at the end of the street about 9.30 pm involved the police and some arrests. So not for family's....id pay more for a better location and for the family friendly environment, but good for couples or lads/girls looking for a cheap clean stay.

Myself and my husband booked a night at the hotel, hosts were lovely very pleasant, cooked breakfast was also very nice would definitely recommend and would stay again

Very quiet when I was here. Bed was so comfy, best sleep and shower I've had in a while. You get complimentary shower gels, shampoo, soap etc along with the usual biscuits, milk, coffee and tea. I was quite happy with the amount of milk I got as I need at least 5-6 to make a satisfactory brew! You're 2 mins from sea, you can just see it from your window if you're at the front of the hotel. There's a chippy right at the end of the road and a maccies about a 10min walk down the seafront. If you're walking into town and the tide is out, i recommend you don't walk on the pavement to get to town.. Just walk on the beach, less hassle and faff, plus it's quicker. No complaints whatsoever. Stay was 22nd Jan - 23rd Jan so it was the quiet season. I wanted to check out earlier than 10am, they told me to just leave the key on the front desk and go. Also you get two keys, one for the front door to lock when you go out which has the rubber topper on it and the other is your room key, I got these two confused at first haha!
