STAY HERE IF YOUR LOOKING FOR CHEAP CLEAN AND FRIENDLY. we couldn’t get over how clean everything was and how comfy and cosy the room was too. They give you tea coffee and kettle. Own shower and toilet. And to top that all off the owners are so lovely. We met Kenny and he was so lovely made me feel like a grown lady calling me miss hahaha (for context I’ve just turned 20 so it was nice) and his wife was so beautiful and smiley and kind. Amazing place will be back soon hopefully!

Lovely family ran hotel. The people who run it are very welcoming and friendly. Beds are comfortable and room sizes are very good. Its in an excellent location, very close to Blackpool Tower and a large car park

Great location, lovely owners, clean rooms, will 100% stay here again. Mattress little hard, but just a personal taste thing so not a complaint at all

Always come here when we stay over in Blackpool. Best location to get to everything. So friendly & welcoming. Breakfast is 10/10 & I'm a vegetarian so they was so kind to offer me options. Will be back again x Natalie x
