This was our third time staying at Newton Hall, and overall we had another fantastic holiday. Our week started off a little disappointing. As I was unpacking in our caravan, my throat became extremely itchy, and I noticed there was a lot of dog hair in the carpet. We always book and pay extra for a Gold caravan that is specifically non-pet friendly because of allergies. I spoke to reception, and they were excellent—they arranged for us to move to another caravan straight away. Although it was frustrating having to pack everything back up after we’d just unpacked, we really appreciated how quickly the staff resolved the issue. As always, Simon and the entertainment team were fantastic. They kept the kids entertained every night, and their enthusiasm really made the evenings enjoyable. The bar staff were also friendly, welcoming, and provided great service throughout our stay. Despite the issue at the start of our holiday, Newton Hall is a great holiday park with brilliant staff and a lovely atmosphere. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back again next year.

First time visiting Newton Hall and had the most amazing time. We stayed for a week and didn't want to go home. Everyone was so kind and Friendly. Beautiful site very clean and tidy. It was very family friendly were we all felt very safe. My children loved to go swimming and visiting the park. Accommodation was central to near by attraction easily accessible. The Kids club was great fun and Simon works so hard. I will definitely return soon. Minor issue that it was not classed as high session even though park was full with Scottish families who are on school holidays which impacted on opening times of things something to consider.

Have been coming to the park for years with my family! Great site with lots to do and lovely accommodation in both the caravans and apartments. Have to say the highlight is always at the kids club! So much fun for both kids and adults and definitely all thanks to DJ Simon he is so much fun and really makes our holiday so special every year! Cannot recommend more.

I found this place by chance and I am so glad I did. The caravan when we arrived was clean and well maintained, they had decorated the van with balloons and banners for my daughter's birthday they also left her card signed from the mascots from the park which was another cute wee touch on arrival. Every single member of staff we came in contact with on the park were fantastic. The entertainment team are great at making people feel welcome and at ease the first night Simon came over and introduced himself to us. The lady in the shop is just an absolute lovely wee lady. I wish I got the security guy's name that spoke to my daughter every time he saw her asked her about her day and chatted with her about the different things she was doing she couldn't wait each night to go and tell him about her day. We didn't get to use much of the other facilities like the pool because we were out during day. The park it's self is about 10- 15 mins away from central pier and about 5 mins away from the zoo. My wee girl can't wait to come back she has already starting planing her next visit.
