Stayed for 1 night with my 13 Yr old son. Room was VERY small and basic but clean and functional, and the beds were comfortable. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. Couldn't fault this hotel for the price. Only downside to our stay was some idiot trying to smoke in their room, and setting the fire alarms off at 2am, but that wasn't the fault of the hotel and the host was apologetic. Would stay here again.

There is nothing Happy (with a y) about this place, except the perfect location, so close to the main Train Station. The Hotel, if we can define this place a Hotel, is old, stinky and not well maintained. In the double room where we stayed, one of the beds was missing the bedding, and we had to wait for over 2 hours to get someone to bring it to us. The next day, there was nobody at reception to leave the keys too: it was a complete travesty. And you wonder why this was the only place still available in such a short notice? Never more!

We didn’t stay here so I cannot comment on the rooms It is in an ideal location as its right by the train station So we booked luggage storage via Radical which said we could use this hotel to store our luggage Upon arriving and showing the confirmation Rai said the hotel does not store luggage and especially not for Radical He was nice enough to let us keep our bags there for the day anyway which was great as he could have just turned us away. Thanks Rai for being so accommodating to none guests

This is a typical Blackpool hotel. And cheap because it is like bedsit accomodation without the kitchen area. Feels like was decorated in 70s, never been touched since. Wallpaper and paint chipped off. Kettle didn't work, so glad I only spent a few hours in there.
