What a fabulous place to visit. I went with my friend to the Soul and Motown event, the 2 guys singing were superb, and they were a man down. Got everyone up on their feet. The plus side for us was we were allowed to go into the other fuction room and watch the end of the Bucks Fizz concert which was fab! And a bonus too. Great night out in Blackpool.

Planning a hen party for 20 people over several months could have been stressful, but the team made the whole process so easy. From my very first conversation with Lucy right through to the event itself, the customer service was exceptional. We made plenty of changes, added new ideas along the way, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Lucy was incredibly patient, helpful, and accommodating throughout. On the day, we were looked after by Matty in the private room we had hired, and he was absolutely fantastic. He went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and genuinely couldn’t do enough for us. No request was too much trouble, and any questions we had were answered or sorted immediately. The karaoke was also brilliant and made for so many fun memories. Afterwards, we headed into the showroom to watch the Saturday Night Anthems show, and it was absolutely incredible. The atmosphere was amazing, and our whole group was up singing, dancing, and laughing all night—especially when our lovely bride became part of the entertainment! Every single person in our group has commented on what an amazing night they had. Thank you to everyone who helped make the hen party so special. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be back in the future!

My 4 year old loved the pop party especially the Kpop section of the show! ‘Best day ever’ was her response! We all enjoyed the show, the performers were brilliant with the kids, kept them all entertained down on the dance floor. Loved that we could go in before the show started and order food & drinks to our table. Great end to our stay in Blackpool!

We arrived feeling excited to watch The Fizz but it all went downhill as soon as we went to order drinks. There was no ice, no wine glass which left us all drinking wine out of a coors glass. The vodka & coke we ordered was warm and there wasn’t a bubble in sight it was obvious the gas had gone. £40 for that round so we didn’t stay to order another round of drinks. We left at the interval and we would never return again.
