About Heather Lea Boutique Guesthouse

Heather Lea Boutique Guesthouse occupies a converted property on Empress Drive, styled with a boutique feel rather than the standard guesthouse look. It sits within easy reach of Blackpool's seafront and the town's main attractions, making it a practical base for a short seaside stay.

Rooms are en-suite, with family rooms available for those travelling in a group, and each comes with drinks provided. Breakfast is served each morning, and guests have access to a garden with outdoor seating, free WiFi throughout, luggage storage and a 24 hour reception desk. Free on-site parking is a useful bonus in a town where street parking can be difficult.

Beyond the guesthouse, the surrounding area offers golf, fishing and watersports for the more active, along with cycling and walking routes for a gentler pace. Pubs, restaurants and entertainment venues are all within easy distance, giving guests plenty of choice for evenings out after a day exploring Blackpool.

Needed somewhere to stay before moving into new home, Tina at Heather Lea had availability at short notice. Room was perfect with comfy double bed, modern furniture and en-suite. Large TV with WiFi connection. Room cleaned regularly and reset. All areas of property clean and tidy. Couldn’t have asked for more, what an amazing stay. Thanks Tina

Tina was friendly from us arriving to us leaving. She no longer does a cooked breakfast, but does provide a breakfast bag. Welcoming, helpful, clean, affordable my son and I are hoping to visit and stay again later in the year for the illuminations.

I had a lovely stay there. The bedroom was very cosy and quiet. It is a bit of a walk to the North Pier which is healthy but there is also the tramway nearby. There is a nice café nearby and a shop which is convenient.
