What a lovely place to stay. Hosts are the best so welcoming and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. Our room was lovely and spotless, very spacious with a massive bathroom and everything else you could want. We stayed there after our booked hotel had an issue and hotel 11 accommodated us at short notice. Location is great too. We hope to revisit again when we are next in Blackpool. You wont be disappointed. Thanks again x

First time stopping here this weekend for 2 nights after friends recommended who also stopped with us, room was spotless, comfortable and tastefully decorated. Phil and George are excellent hosts, very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was spot on. Will be back again next time I book a stay in Blackpool.

I stayed here for a Friday & Saturday night! I received a warm friendly welcome as I arrived. I was very happy with the room, the bed was very comfortable, and the shower was very good. In the morning the breakfast was brought out to the table promptly was very nice as was the coffee served in a cafeteria (which I hadn’t seen done for a while, but liked). Location wise it was perfect for me! Just 5 minutes from the North train station and 5 minutes from the centre! Will definitely return
