The owner was a lovely lady who warmly greeted us and took her time to explain everything we needed to know. Kindly upgraded us to a sea view room which was extremely clean!!! We honestly cannot fault anything on our stay at this hotel. Breakfast was delicious and served fresh and hot. Highly recommended and will certainly be using again

Stayed for one night whilst visiting relatives. The hotel is modern and tastefully decorated. The room was larger than average for a single en-suite, spotlessly clean, warm and cosy. The bed was really comfy, the shower was powerful and varied breakfast options were great - everything was spot on! The host, Sharon was really friendly and quick to get back to me about my late check-in. I 100% recommend for solos, couples and those with small children and will definitely visit again

The price-to-quality ratio is amazing. Yes, the room is small, but honestly it fitted my needs perfectly. It was extremely clean and warm. The bed was very comfortable. I loved that we could access the dining room at any time to eat or work. Breakfast was lovely. Extremely warm and welcoming owners who made the stay even better. 10/10

We thoroughly enjoyed our great two-night stay at Hotel 242 in Bispham. The experience was fantastic from start to finish, offering exactly what you need for a restful break by the sea. The room ensured we had a great time, featuring a truly comfy bed that provided two nights of excellent sleep—a real highlight! Waking up to the stunning sea view was the perfect way to start the day. The large window offered a picturesque outlook over the promenade and the water, giving the room a lovely, relaxing atmosphere (as seen in the photo). Topping off the fantastic stay was the delicious breakfast. It was clearly freshly prepared and generous, featuring a perfect fried egg, sausage, hash brown, and beans (as shown in the accompanying photo). It provided the ideal fuel for a day out. Hotel 242 is highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and restful place to stay in Bispham.
