Blackpool's promenade, bars and restaurants are all within easy reach of Kimberley Guest House on Gynn Avenue, and the surrounding area also offers golf, fishing, cycling and walking routes for those who fancy exploring beyond the seafront. Watersports are on hand too, making this a workable base whether the plan is a day by the coast or something more active.
Rooms include family options with en-suite bathrooms, and guests can also get drinks brought to their room. Breakfast is served each morning, and free WiFi is available throughout. Reception operates 24 hours, so arrival times are flexible, and there's outdoor seating for guests who want to sit outside.
Worth noting is that the guest house has no parking available, so visitors travelling by car will need to make separate arrangements nearby.

Wonderful traditional B and B. Martin and Sue are fabulous hosts. The rooms are immaculately clean and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing plentiful and well presented. Rooms 1 and 2 have beautiful bay windows so are flooded with natural light. We stayed in room 6 which is on the top floor and has kingsize bed with private bathroom opposite. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending this B and B. Congratulations to Martin and Sue on running a well presented friendly B and B. We will definitely return.

An excellent B&B with friendly owners. Very clean and nicely decorated, spacious comfortable room and excellent en suite. No noise whatsoever through the night, also no traffic noise. We would recommend. An excellent freshly cooked breakfast in the morning. Free parking on the street with no problem.

A comfortable, quiet, friendly guest house. Rooms lovely and clean, the hosts very friendly and kind. Excellent cooked breakfast tailored to your requirements. Plenty of transport options right on the doorstop. Tram stop, bus stop, taxi etc. Thoroughly recommend.

Excellent Stay, beautiful room and spotlessly clean also with a lovely view and beautiful decor. My husband and I enjoyed a delicious breakfast and Sue and Martin were exceptionally nice and helpful. Will definately stay again for longer next time and the prices are reasonable. Best Bed and Breakfast in Blackpool. Thank you so much Mr & Mrs Clifton.
