My Roomz Seaview Hotel

It was not a pleasant experience staying at this hotel at all. We were very disappointed with what we found on arrival. The pictures online do not reflect the actual condition of the property, so please do not be misled by them. As soon as we entered the apartment, there was a very unpleasant smell. The rugs were wet, and there was dirty mopping water left beside the staircase. The room itself was unkempt, with visible dirt on the bedsheets. The chairs looked old and dirty, which made the environment feel unhygienic. The restroom floor was poorly designed, causing water to leak into the room. The next day, to be able to have a hot bath, we had to leave the tap running for almost 20 minutes before the water became warm enough. We also had to deal with cigarette smoke coming into the room and constant door banging noise from the neighbouring room, which made the stay even more uncomfortable. The property appears neglected and in serious need of renovation and proper maintenance, especially considering its location close to the resort centre and main road. We were so uncomfortable during our stay that we almost booked another hotel. I hope the owner takes these concerns seriously and improves the condition of the property for future guests. I dont know where to start and finish. The rooms were small, dirty & the bed sheets smelt disgusting! They smelt like smoke and urine🤮 we stayed the night in disgust but early in the morning we left the hotel 1 day before our check out! The rooms were dirty, the beds sheets were nasty, very noisy hotel could hear music and singing till 12pm. The bathroom didnt have doors they had curtains & no air vents nothing at all. Smell of cigarettes in the hallway & bedrooms not child friendly at all. When i locked the door before going to sleep the room door would be unlocked when i had woken up. I dont know if anyone had entered the room as i locked the door but found it unlocked when i had woken up it happened twice not once but twice. I did not feel safe in the hotel hence why left immediately with my family. SAFE TO SAY I WOULD NOT BE RETURNING BACK HERE EVER AGAIN & WOULDNT RECOMMEND ANYONE! PLEASE STAY SAFE AND KEEP AWAY. You would rather pay more money for the safety & hygiene of yourself. Please refrain from staying at this hotel!!! TOTALLY DISGUSTED 🤮 🤢

We booked in for 2 nights 17 t0 19 of feb Feb 2026went to the room turned around and we sorted another guest house the room was very small could not open the door fully curtain for the toilet door beds were filthy. Burnt carpet flooring near sink and toilet gave way under foot I am going to try and get a refund.do not wast your money.

Went a few months back was decent so thought we would stay again, this time round wasn’t a pleasant stay! The bathroom was disgusting, there was a loofah from the previous people in the room, the shower matt was very dirty, the 1 towel they left us smelt like urine and there was wee left in the toilet. We was looking forward to a lay in to then get woke up at 7:30AM to people smoking in the building. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!
