PLEASE BE AWARE THIS HOTEL IS CLOSED Travelled over 400 miles yesterday with a small baby to find this hotel closed. According to reviews and chat with the locals, the owners shut up quickly several months ago and those with bookings have not been notified. We booked via Booking.com and infuriatingly they are still taking bookings despite being informed of the closure by other guests before us. We were stranded on the hottest day of the year, far from home with a small baby. It has been hell.

Lovely couple very welcoming. Breakfast was lovely, good start to the day. The room was small and just a few hangers on the back of the door to hang your clothes, so it's no good size wise if your staying for a few days. Next time will request a bigger room but, for one night and for the price it did the trick with a good breakfast

Although it was only a one night stay, it was just what we wanted, the room was lovely, the beds nice and comfy and our grandson loved it. Breakfast was excellent and set me up for the day. The location was just right, off the front but not too far away, a short walk to the South Pier and tram stop, ideal for our grandson to walk without any complaints. Our host Leon and Christine made us very welcome and we would stay here again.

We enjoyed our 1 night stay over as a family of 3 in the larger of the family rooms. 1st up was a very warm and friendly welcome from Molly, the cutest little dog ever, our 3 year old fell in love. The owners are absolutely lovely! Incredibly friendly and made us feel at home instantly. The bar/lounge area is very comfortable and there is a very good selection of sensibly priced drinks. The room was clean, tidy, well stocked and ready on arrival. It is incredibly well situated with easy access to major sights and a few minutes walk from a tram stop. Breakfast was absolutely spot on! Not pretentious or over the top, just good, honest, fresh and plentiful. The fried slice was a real treat! I would highly recommend a stay here and won't be looking anywhere else if we're looking to visit Blackpool again. Thank you both for you warm, friendly hospitality and we hope to see you again.
