Lovely hotel owners are very nice . Food exc. Spotless clean hotel. 10/10 they deserve it .ideal place for buses and trams . Value for money . If u try u will deffo go again one of the best in blackpool.

We love it here, this is my 3rd year staying with Billy and I have booked a 4th you are 2 minutes from pleasure beach and the biggest spoons I've ever seen. Your far enough from central to get a good night's sleep and breakfast is good and sets you up for the day. Rooms are very clean and comfy. Can't wait to go back next year.
