Booked a family room, it was a double a best!! Couldn't move around the room if more than 1 person was mobile. The bathroom was disgusting!! Not one of us had a shower. It changed hands recently. Avoid by all costs!! Disgusting what they charge, for what you get!!

Used to be owned by wendy who ran a great place . But sadly she has sold it . So i think it will lose all its regular customers as the pictures on websites are wendys not the new owners .

Absolutely can't complain about anything considering the price and location to everything in Blackpool. Parking is available at the rear, but get there handy. Nice little rooms, clean and comfortable. Bed is okay, but it's really impossible to rate anything other than your own one. Tea and coffee making facilities.
