Booked ahead and paid for parking here through the Your parking App as knew it would be busy due to fireworks. Turned up and it was full, called the hotel and the person who answered the phone was unapologetic and stated "if it's full it's full", well don't advertise the spaces and take payment if it's full you absolute melt! Place looks like an absolute state too, can't believe it's a hotel. Wouldn't put my dog in it.

Booked direct. Owner gave us contact details for the day. Someone rang to check when we would be arriving which was fab. Room was a decent size for 5 of us and a dog. Small bathroom with shower but did the job doesn't need to be huge. Beds were comfy, top bunk was a bit squeaky but nothing major. Tv and tea/coffee making facilities. Room was clea , bedding and towels all smelt fresh. Had a warm welcome and made the kids and dog feel very welcome. Short walk and you are on the beach. 10-15 min stroll and you are at the tower and in town- yes the kids did moan at the walk back but that's just kids! Paid for parking as made it much easier, gent who dealt with us (sorry never got his name) even moved his car to ensure there was space for us. Absolutely nothing to fault them on we will definitely be returning.

Great location for where we needed to be. Dog friendly establishment room clean, fresh bedding and very comfy bed with TV in the room, en suite and tea and coffee making facilities. The host Brendan (i think his name was) was very polite and helpful and couldn't say anything critical about him at all. We shall return to stay at this establishment on our next trip to Blackpool with the children. Thankyou for having us :)

No one there to meet me, just a key in outside of door. Anyone could have went in there! £100 for the night, really basic room. Toilet door did not close, kettle was dirty. Will never ever go there again! Love Blackpool but this hotel is a big no no
